Derry House
Couples can exchange vows in front of the Derry House entry with boxwoods and an inviting walkway in view. This location is perfect for an intimate wedding with up to 125 guests. Seamlessly transform this space into a cocktail area while guests await the start of your reception.
WEST LAWN
Couples exchange vows in front of a beautiful mountain landscape, with up to 180 guests facing west toward the pastures. This breathtaking view makes it perfect for a golden hour — with the sun setting over the mountain. This space is incredibly versatile, exchange vows with a background of the mountain landscape or with a backdrop to remember – the historic front door of the home. It can also be the perfect space for a rehearsal dinner the night before your special day – the sun sets over the mountains!
SPRING HOUSE LAWN
Nestled in a picturesque setting, the tented pavilion (30' x 90') accommodates 180 guests for a seated reception. Its two-tier design offers views of an Olympic lap pool, hot tubs, and lush green spaces—an ideal backdrop for photo ops. Perfect for wedding receptions and pre-reception cocktails, it's also a fantastic plan B for unexpected rain, ensuring a seamless celebration in any weather.
OUTDOOR OASIS
An alfresco entertainment area with a view of our Olympic lap pool and expansive green landscapes, perfect for capturing idyllic photos. This is the ideal space for a cocktail hour. Savor time alone or with your wedding party in the relaxing hot tub.
Crawford room (Bridal Suite)
The Crawford Room, an elegant interior space within Derry House, serves as a comfortable bridal suite. Constructed in the 1800s, it features 11-foot ceilings, historic molding, a crystal chandelier, and a cozy working fireplace, creating an atmosphere of timeless elegance. This suite offers a tranquil and luxurious haven for you and your bridesmaids, providing a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort.
THE BARN at Heigh torr
This historic 4000 sq. ft. rustic barn, featuring a stage, two bathrooms, a sound system, hand-crafted farm tables, hardwood floors, and romantic twinkle lights, is an ideal venue. With seating for 180 for ceremonies and 140 for receptions, it offers a charming plan B for inclement weather and serves as a versatile option for receptions and rehearsal dinners. The barn doors, sliding open, invite a refreshing breeze, creating the perfect ambiance for an unforgettable evening.
Crawford room (Rehearsal Dinner)
The Crawford room can be used for rehearsal dinners up to 30 guests. This intimate and elegant space provides a sophisticated ambiance, perfect for family and friends to gather and celebrate before the big day. With its tasteful decor and serene environment, the Crawford room sets the stage for memorable pre-wedding moments.

Derry House Lodging
With five bedrooms and six bathrooms, our 6500 square foot Derry House comfortably hosts 13 guests. It includes a study, a formal parlor, historic Derry’s Tavern, an Olympic-size swimming pool and a relaxing hot tub.
Owl’s Nest Cottage
Originally built as a boyhood vacation home for Actor Patrick Swayze, the Owl’s Nest Cottage accommodates 8 guests — with three bedrooms, a fireplace, a sunroom, a living room, one and a half bathrooms and an extra living room on the second floor.
